Our rent-by-mail service gives you the convenience of choosing books online and have them delivered right to your doorsteps! Once you’re done reading them, just wrap the books back up using the courier bag provided and we will send the good people from PosLaju to pick the parcel up so that you can rent out some more. No delivery charges and no late fees! Now isn’t that as good as, say… having the Amazon Kindle service right here in Malaysia? Okay, we might exaggerate on the comparison a little bit :p

By subscribing, customers will enjoy these benefits:
- the subscription fee (paid every 3 months) is all you need to pay to enjoy our online book rental service - no additional fees
- Books are delivered to your home with an open due date. Therefore there will be no late fees. Just return them when you are done
- round-trip delivery cost is included so no delivery charges
- unlimited rounds of rental throughout the year
- delivery to and return using PosLaju where customers can enjoy all the benefits of using a national courier service: package delivered to your door step in 1 day, secured delivery, online tracking and a special arrangement especially for Q’Reazant customers, home-pickup service
- subscription fees can be banked in through CIMB or Maybank

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I rent only one book at a time?
Since our fees are inclusive of postal charges to and from the customers, we have calculated that sending the books in 3s, 5s and 7s as the most economical. The more we save on operational costs, the more we can provide our customers with better service and choice of books
Do I need to pay the monthly subscription fees when I don't have any rented books with me? Do I have to rent EVERY month?
Well, you don't really have to rent every month but our membership system runs pretty much like a gym membership. You would need to pay the monthly subscription fees whether or not you are using the service. We would only stop charging you the subscription fees once you tell us to stop your membership, or suspend it for a certain amount of time.
Can I call up PosLaju to pickup the return parcel myself?
Q Reazant Enterprise has a special agreement with PosLaju Malaysia whereby, our customers are entitled to a reverse charge service only when we ourselves sent in a black & white, signed order to PosLaju for the pickup. If you decide to send in your return parcel to PosLaju yourself, even if the package is addressed to us, you would have to bear the delivery charges.
What if I lose a book?
